wpDiscuz | WordPress Comment Plugin
wpDiscuz introduces a ground-breaking new approach to the realm of online commentary.
This plugin will make the experience of participating in discussions on your website different and will provide you with new tools for user interaction. It has been completely redesigned with brand new cutting-edge features that will make your website come to life.
Multi Layout System
The look of wpDiscuz has been completely updated. There are three visually appealing, up-to-date, and tidily organized arrangements at your disposal. Using the settings for the custom comment form builder, you can even choose a different layout for each of the different kinds of pages and posts.
Inline Questions and Feedback
With the release of wpDiscuz 7, we are pleased to present you with a brand-new commenting-related function that we’ve developed and named Inline Commenting and Feedback. This choice allows for an interactive reading experience of the article, complete with questions from the author and comments from other users. (comments). Now, authors of articles can ask for comments from visitors while they are reading it by including questions for the readers in any paragraph of the text.
After a question has been added to an article in the article editor (on the backend), readers will notice a small comment icon next to the text section that you’ve selected on the article (on the frontend). This feature encourages readers to comment and offer feedback while they are reading the post, and it does so without requiring them to scroll down and use the standard comment form.
Comment Bubble is a sticky comment symbol that updates in real time and appears on your website’s pages. It encourages people to leave comments, shows information about the most recent comments, and alerts people who are currently viewing the website about any new comments.
Post & Comment Rating
Stand-alone Post Rating
In the past, you had to add a Rating field to the comment form in order to give users the ability to score articles while they were commenting on them. There was no way to evaluate something without first leaving a comment. Users are now able to rank articles without having to leave comments. The wpDiscuz 7 software package includes a stand-alone Post Rating system that can be found underneath the article material.
Post Rating Based on Comment Rating Field
The second variety is the traditional method, which is determined by the comments. You need to add a “Rating” custom field to the comment form so that users can evaluate their comments at the same time they are leaving them.
wpDiscuz Comment Statistics
Within the wpDiscuz Dashboard, you can now keep track of your comments as well as the comment writers statistic. You will be able to view graphical statistics for standard and inline comments with wpDiscuz 7. You have the ability to filter different kinds of comments and select a time period. Additionally, there are tables that allow you to sort through the most active people and subscriptions. You have the ability to sort users based on the comments they have written, the number of subscriptions they have, their followers, etc…
