Storefront Parallax Hero augments the homepage template of your website with a hero section that may be customised.

Features

After the component has been installed, you will find a new top-level section in the Customizer that gives you control over the various facets of the hero component.

The Content

You have complete control over the content; simply add an optional call to action button, select a title, and enter some body text along with the colours you want them displayed in. To further tune the presentation, you can choose to align the content to the centre, to the left, or to the right.

The Background

Experience unrestricted command over the hero component’s background. You can select a solid colour for minimalist designs, upload an image or even a video, and choose whatever colour you like. Both tiling patterns and huge pictures will work wonderfully for this project. You can choose to have the background scroll with a parallax effect, and then you can apply a semi-opaque overlay to make the text stand out more.

The Layout

You can go with a layout that has a set width or one that uses the full screen. While selecting the fixed width option will cause the hero component to maintain the same width as the main content area, the full width layout will cause the component to cover the entire width of the browser window.

Full Height

For a more immersive experience, you may choose to make the hero component take up the full width of the browser window when the page loads.

Shortcode

You are able to install an endless number of hero components anywhere on your website by using the parallax_hero shortcode. They can also function very well on individual product pages, as well as on sites that are dedicated to product categories.
