Refund Policy

At GPL-Files.com, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and transparent refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Initiation

  • Same-Day Refund Initiation Guaranteed – If your refund request is approved, we initiate it on the same day.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
    (For UPI payments, refunds may be processed even faster.)

  • No refunds will be processed after 7 days of purchase. However, exchanges are available after this period.

How to Request a Refund

If you purchased a product and found it to be non-functional, you may request a refund by:

Note: All GPL-licensed products are distributed without original license keys. Refund requests for license keys will not be accepted. Most products are pre-activated; in rare cases, some may have issues due to license restrictions.

When We Do NOT Issue Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. You are unable to install the downloaded theme or plugin.

  2. The product is incompatible with your hosting or WordPress setup.

  3. The product requires a license or purchase code to function.

  4. Your website breaks during installation (you are responsible for debugging; we can assist via support).

  5. You simply don’t like the service.

  6. You change your mind or no longer need the product (an exchange is available in such cases).

  7. Starter Memberships – No refunds available (access to 5,000+ products).

  8. Other Memberships – Partial refunds may be issued after deducting:

    • Payment gateway charges

    • $2 per downloaded product

  9. If you purchased an original license and it has already been activated on your domain.
    (If not activated, you can request an exchange or full refund.)

Important Notes

  • GPL-Files.com provides digital products that are available for immediate download after purchase.

  • There is no trial period or grace period after purchase – all sales are final.

  • Once software is downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

  • If our product is damaged or we are unable to resolve an issue, a same-day refund will be issued.

  • Refund timelines may vary from 3–7 days depending on your bank and payment method.
