AffiliateWP – Affiliate Forms For Gravity Forms
Using the widely used WordPress form plugin Gravity Forms and the Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms plugin, you can quickly and easily construct a one-of-a-kind registration form specifically for your affiliates.
Add any field to your affiliate registration form
You can use any of the pre-defined fields that Gravity Forms offers, as well as the three new field types that have been introduced to the “AffiliateWP Fields” category. You may assume that Gravity Forms will provide you with the ability to re-order fields by dragging and dropping them, make certain fields mandatory, and name them in any way you see fit.
Create a simple affiliate registration form
The only box on your affiliate registration form that absolutely needs to be filled out is the email address. In the event that a username box is not included, the WordPress username for the affiliate will be generated automatically using their email address. In the event that a password field is not included, an affiliate will be provided with a password that is automatically generated and sent to them through email.
Create custom email tags for AffiliateWP emails
If you choose the checkbox labelled “Create AffiliateWP email tag,” AffiliateWP will produce a brand-new email tag on your behalf, which you will then be able to use in any of the program’s emails.
See form submission data on the review affiliate screen
If you require affiliate clearance, you will be presented with all of the information that the affiliate has provided when reviewing their application.
View an affiliate’s registration submission at any time
The initial submission made by an affiliate can always be viewed at any time through the Affiliates > Edit Affiliate screen after the affiliate has successfully registered.
Add affiliates to your mailing list when they register
You can add your affiliates to your mailing list by utilising the add-ons that are available for Gravity Forms that are for mailing lists.
