The people who developed Basecamp also developed Highrise, a customer relationship management solution. With the assistance of the customer relationship management tool, you will be able to generate a page for each user, on which you can monitor their form submissions and entries. Using a straightforward settings page, you can configure any form to immediately upload new contacts to your Highrise account. After that, any time a Formidable form is submitted, your leads will be added to your Highrise CRM account.

Create tags for your contacts and enter any other personal information you’d like to include. After that, you will be able to utilise the newly added leads and contacts in Highrise from your Highrise account in exactly the same way as you would use any other contact in Highrise. To convert leads into customers, you can do so by downloading the Highrise CRM WordPress plugin.
