Ninja Forms Save Progress
Ninja Forms Save Progress Provide your users with the ability to save their work and then reload it all when they have the chance. Avoid missing out on potentially useful submissions by using longer forms.
Generally speaking, fewer people will complete more involved forms. During the course of a busy workday, this is an almost certain occurrence. Many people just do not have the time to finish completing lengthy WordPress forms since they only have five minutes here and ten minutes there between responsibilities. Your solution is to save your progress!
- Do fewer people submit your lengthy forms than your shorter ones?
- Have a large number of users visited a page, but none of them have filled out the form there?
- Do you want to significantly raise the percentage of people who fill out any lengthy or multi-part form?
With the addition of the Save Progress feature, registered users will have the ability to save a form in its current state and return to it at a later time to finish it. Even users who have not yet registered will have their forms saved locally, removing the need for them to repeatedly fill out the same information. This add-on comes packed with a variety of useful extras, such as email notifications for saved forms and user-customizable success messages displayed when saving a form.
Give registered users the ability to Save Progress at any time, create multiple saves, edit saves, and more!
By allowing users to save their progress, you significantly enhance the likelihood that a registered user will be able to complete your WordPress forms. Your conversion rates will increase whenever any user is given the ability to return and finish the process without having to re-enter information that they have already provided to you.
Easily enable saving for any form
When you activate this add-on, a new field that is labeled Save will be added to the list of common fields that you have access to. Simply dragging and dropping the field into the desired area on any form will cause a save button to appear in that precise spot on the form.
Let users cleanly manage multiple saves
Any form that has been saved will have a Load Saved Progress table at the very top that can be personalized to the user who is now reading it. (and is absent if no saves are present). The user has access to all of their previous saves and may choose which one to load into memory. They also have the ability to update any saved information on the table.
Manage a full record of user saves from the dashboard
Every save is automatically logged in your admin dashboard so that it can be seen at any time. Forms that have been saved have the option to be modified. In addition, forms can be moved from a stored state to a completed submission at any time.
Need to offer non-registered users the ability to save? No problem.
To provide non-registered users with the opportunity to save their work, all they need to do is enable local browser storage in the settings menu of the Save Progress feature. When the user navigates away from the page, a cookie will be used to save a copy of the form in the state that it was in when the user left the page. When they return, there will be no need for them to repeat any of the work that they have already finished.
Trigger any action on save
When you have Save Progress turned on, you have the power to perform any action whenever a save is made. When a user saves a form, email alerts should be sent out. Create a one-of-a-kind success message that will be displayed once a form is successfully saved. When a form is saved, in addition to the numerous actions that are normally accessible to you, you can also set any other action to activate.
