The PTB Relation extension connects two of your post types that you have established using the Post Type Builder. This gives you the ability to query post type (A) while displaying post type (B). (B). It is the ideal solution for when you want to highlight a post but also have some connected posts that you believe your users would find interesting as well. For instance, if you are writing an article of type A about a celebrity, you will almost certainly want to highlight the films in which that particular personality has acted. Using the PTB Relation addon, you are able to make a distinct post type known as movies and automatically access these movies when users are browsing through the superstar post type.
