WooCommerce Drip
When a sale is made in your store, WooCommerce Drip does a few different things:
- Goal Conversion: A conversion goal will be accomplished in your Drip account, although this step is completely optional.
- Event Documented: In the history of the subscriber, there will be a notation of the sale that took place.
- Lifetime Value: The subscriber’s lifetime value will be updated, and you will be able to see how much value these consumers have been, not only in a single order but in all of the orders that they have placed.
- Name of Subscriber: The subscriber’s name, as it was entered during the checkout process, will be inserted into the name custom field.
- Subscriber Tag: A tag indicating that the subscriber is a customer will be assigned to the subscriber, allowing you to quickly identify which subscribers are in fact paying customers.
- Products That Have Been Bought The products that a user has bought are also tracked, allowing you to direct broadcasts and campaigns specifically towards the owners of specific products. Using this strategy, you could even offer drip campaign subscriptions!
