Features: Customer

• Create a new ticket in a timely manner that is associated with an order.
• Directly on the screen labelled “My Account,” you may see a list of the open tickets.

Features: Store Owner

• When viewing an order in the WordPress administrative area, a new ticket will be created.
• Directly from the WordPress admin, you may create a new ticket based on a comment made on a blog article.
• Connect a product to a forum category and a solution category within your Freshdesk help desk, and then synchronise the information between the three.
