Your customers will be able to customise the products they purchase from your online business by using the Product Add-Ons that you offer. No more requests to follow up via email; consumers now receive what they want even before they have finished checking out.

You can add different choices by using text boxes, dropdown menus, text areas, checkboxes, and even custom price inputs. You can even add sample images. On the edit product screen, you have the option of adding add-ons globally or individually for each product.

Image-based selections

Flat fees

Customers should be charged the same fixed rate regardless of the number of items they purchase. Ideal for a one-time set-up cost or a rush fee to be added on top of.

Percentage fees

You can determine the cost of the add-on by basing it on a percentage of the overall price. This strategy is particularly helpful for service-based add-ons, which can be more difficult to reduce to a flat fee.

Text input

Give your customers the option to input their own personalised text when creating a t-shirt, adding a monogram, or personalising a card.

Dropdown

Customers purchasing your add-on will see a drop-down menu from which they can select one of several pre-defined choices.

Checkboxes

Make the process of personalization as simple and gratifying as checking a box. Excellent for providing value-added services such as present wrapping or express shipping.

Custom price

Give your consumers the option to name their own price—this is a great strategy for tips, donations, and gratuities!

Add-ons can be given a moniker, a description, moved around in the order, and (optionally) a price.
