If you do not already have a Twilio account, you will be required to create a new one using their free signup service. You have the ability to change which changes to an order’s status will send updates to consumers. You can also customise SMS messages so that they include your store name, order ID, order amount, order status, and other order data in addition to your own custom text.

Get Insight into Every Order
