Features

Custom price per night or hour for longer periods

Provide a lower rate per night or hour for reservations that are made for extended time periods. These values can be changed from the custom price panel for particular dates at any time.

Select turn-over nights

You should designate certain days of the week as check-in and/or check-out times for guests. (turnover days). You have the ability to implement the settings for just a specific time period within the custom price section.

Early-bird discount

Users can receive a discount for being an early bird if they submit booking inquiries in advance. If you reserve a certain number of nights in advance, the percentage discount will be displayed in the booking request form.

Week-end night or hour price

You have the ability to globally set the weekend nights with this choice. You have the option of adding a discounted rate for weekend night stays, and you are also able to overwrite this number for specific dates.

Minimum number of nights

With this option, you will be able to put a minimum number of nights that a guest must remain in order to guarantee the length of the booking. Additionally, the number can be overwritten for particular time intervals.

City fee

The city fee may be applied as a flat rate, a fee per night, per guest, or as a combined fee for both night and guest, or it may be calculated as a percentage of the overall booking rate.

Cleaning fee

The proprietor has the option of tacking on the cleaning charge to the overall value of the booking in the form of a flat rate, a fee per night, a fee per guest, or a fee per night and guest respectively.

Security Deposit

In the event that there is a possibility of damage, the owner has the right to require a security deposit. When a booking is finalized, the money is paid over to the administration of the site. Only the admin has the ability to refund the balance.

Manage calendar months and guests number

The number of months that are displayed in the booking calendar and in the custom price calendar can both be adjusted by Admin, as can the maximum number of visitors that can be selected from the drop-down menu.

Redirect url for Book Now button

You have the option of substituting a custom URL in place of the book now button that is located on the booking page. This URL is determined by the proprietor of each listing individually.
