This payment gateway add-on is meant to make it simple for you to take handwritten checks and other kinds of manual payments in conjunction with purchases of digital downloads. The gateway provides an additional set of settings that provide you the ability to display directions to the consumer regarding how they can finish making their purchase.

When a user makes a purchase and indicates that they will pay with a check, the status of the purchase is changed to “pending.” The site administrator will go in as soon as the check is received, mark the purchase as “Complete,” and this will cause the purchase receipt and download links to be emailed to the customer.
