wpDiscuz – Comment Author Info

The purpose of the wpDiscuz Comment Author Info plugin is to give readers more information about the people that leave comments. This plugin will allow users to view a commentator’s complete profile, recent actions, votes, and subscriptions. To view the tabbed information for a comment’s author, click on the icon next to the comment’s title.

Profile Tab

• Display Name
• Nickname
• Website
• Biography
• Last Activity Date
• MyCRED Badges and Rank
• Stat – Number of comments
• Stat – Number of posts
• Stat – Received Likes
• Stat – Received Dislikes
• Detailed statistic about number of approved, pending, spam and trashed comments.

Activity Tab

• All comments posted by this user
• Comment Author, Date, Excerpt and direct link
• AJAX powered pagination

Votes Tab

• List of all voted comments by this user
• Like and Dislike icons according to vote for each comment
• Comment Author, Date, Excerpt and direct link
• AJAX powered pagination

Subscriptions Tab

• List of all posts and comments this user is subscribed
• Allows to see all own subscriptions and to unsubscribe using according button next to each item.
• List of subscribed items with according entry data and direct link (post, comment)
  • Type: subscribed to replies to this comment (comment)
  • Type: subscribed to replies to own comments (post)
  • Type: subscribed to all follow-up comments of this post (post )
• AJAX powered pagination

Following Tab

• List of all users you are currently following
• Unfollow buttons for each user

Dashboard Settings

• Addon is packaged with a large number of configuration options, granting you complete command over each and every front-end functionality.
• Choices to activate or deactivate each tab
• Option to show or hide comment author information, depending on the user role.
• Option for guests to display or hide information about the comment’s creator.
• Options to display or hide individually each piece of profile information (name, website, biography, etc..).
• All sentences displayed on the front end can be translated using the dashboard’s various options.
