The start and end year range can both have dynamic years specified if you use the Formidable Forms Pro plugin, which comes with the choice to do so. However, if you want this range to change whenever another date field is modified, you will need to either select a more specific range that begins or concludes on a specific date rather than at the beginning or end of the year, or you will need to change the other date field.
