Give – Tributes
GiveWP Tributes is an add-on that allows you to send eCards and generate personalized mailable cards that both your donors and the honorees of those donors will adore. This add-on also produces its own report on the fundraising efforts, as well as a roster that can be exported of the individuals who have contributed something as a tribute.
WHAT IS A TRIBUTE?
A significant number of contributors are moved to make a gift either in honor of or in remembrance of a loved one. Donors may also contribute in honor of another person or in support of a particular event if they so choose. It will increase the likelihood that your donors will contribute to your cause if you give them the option to do so in honor of a person or object of their choosing.
CUSTOMIZABLE TRIBUTES
You are not restricted to a predetermined selection of offerings when you have the offerings Add-on. You are able to quickly add your own types of tribute to better meet your requirements.
These tributes are displayed on the front end of the website, and they give the donor the option to select the style of tribute they would like to use when making their contribution.
SEND ECARDS TO HONOREES
Many times, contributors would like the honoree to be informed that a gift has been made in their name or in the name of a loved one. You can quickly and easily deliver a personalized eCard to honorees by using the eCards option that is included in the Tributes Add-on. In addition, you can extend the opportunity for the donor to include a greeting, which adds a touch of personalization that can go a long way.
MAILABLE TRIBUTE CARDS
The honorees of many organizations’ donors want to receive tangible cards from those organizations. You’ll have no trouble designing, printing, or sending out cards when you use the Tributes Add-on, and you’ll also be able to quickly monitor which cards have been delivered to their recipients. In addition, you have the option of designing your cards in either a portrait or landscape orientation, and you can select from a wide range of sheet sizes to find the perfect fit for your project.
ADVANCED REPORTING
The Tributes Add-on provides the capability to monitor only the contributors who made a donation in honor of another individual. You are able to export the data for use in other applications, designate cards as having been mailed, and resend eCards.
