Gravity Forms Batchbook Addon
The Batchbook Add-On for Gravity Forms is now available for download. Integrate your Gravity Forms with the CRM solution for small businesses provided by Batchbook in a jiffy.
When a form is submitted on your website, use Gravity Forms to automatically generate new contacts in Batchbook and update the existing ones. Batchbook can be integrated with only the forms you want, or it can be integrated with all of them.
You may also use the conditional logic tool that is integrated into Gravity Forms to figure out when a contract ought to be made or updated. This will allow you to precisely adjust when the interaction with Batchbook will take place.
Both the Add-On installer found within Gravity Forms itself and the Add-On Downloads page are now capable of providing access to the Gravity Forms Batchbook Add-On.
Note : To use the Batchbook Add-On, clients must already have a valid account with Batchbook and have purchased the Gravity Forms Developer licence.
Automation- When a new form is submitted, a new Breeze Card is immediately created, which fully integrates the new form entry into your workflows. This saves you time.
Control Over Settings- Choose a board and list for your Breeze Project that you would like new cards to be submitted to, and then give each card a name and description to make it easier for you to identify new jobs.
Assign Members- Assign Members Ensure that no new form submissions or tasks are missed by assigning each new card to a different member of the team.
Due Date- This feature allows you to add a due date of your choosing to each new card that is created, making it possible to avoid missing any task deadlines.
