School Management Features

Multi-School Management:

Add several schools, assign admins and classes to each, and administer each school separately.

Student Management:

School administrators and personnel with the proper authorization can accept new students by assigning them an admission number, class, section, and roll number. A fresh enrollment number is also created automatically for each student record in a session.

Use a shortcode to display an inquiry form for a school on a page. In addition, receive inquiries by school, add the next follow-up date, and make notes for the query.

Students should be promoted to a new class for a new session. This establishes a new student enrollment for the next session.

Student Transfer:

The movement of a student from one school to another. This also keeps track of kids who are transferred to and from the school.

Attendance of Students:

Consider student attendance on a daily basis. Print a class attendance sheet. Students can also examine their attendance report in the dashboard.

Student Dashboard:

Students can examine their fees report, admission details, ID card, and so on, and pay any outstanding fees using the appropriate payment option.

Roles and rights:

Create custom roles such as teacher and accountant and assign them the necessary rights based on the role so that they are limited to managing the school entities assigned to them.

Appoint School Administrators and Staff:

Multi-School administrators appoint a school administrator. The school administrator can assign roles to any number of staff members in order to govern the school.

Noticeboard Widget:

It includes a noticeboard widget that shows notices in your website’s widget section. To incorporate the look of your website, you can alter the number of notices, widget height, and width here.

Homeworks for Students:

School personnel and teachers with the proper approval can add Homeworks for classes. These Home Works will appear in the student dashboard section, and students will be notified by SMS. Home Works SMS details can be delivered to both parents and students’ mobile phones.

Automatic Notifications via Email, SMS, and Custom Templates:

Send SMS and email notifications to students when new admissions are made, fee invoices are generated, payment receipts are generated, and so on. Nexmo, Twilio, MsgClub, SMS Striker, Msg91 SMS, TextLocal, and other SMS providers are available.

Exam Management:

Create an exam, add exam papers, an exam center, timings, a date, and a room number for a single or several classes.
