Ultimate Member Followers Addon

Allowing users to “follow” one another is a great way to encourage more conversation on your site and is made possible with the followers extension.

Features

• The user profiles will now have a follow and unfollow button.
• Stats regarding their followers and followers are displayed on their profile.
• Adds a button to each profile card in member directories that allows users to follow or unfollow other users.
• Displays follower and following statistics on the profile card for users in member directories
• Make it possible for people to limit access to their profile to only their followers.
• Make it possible for users to limit access to their profile to only the individuals they are following.
• When a user has another user follow them, the user will be notified through email.
• On their account page, users have the option to turn off the receipt of email alerts.
• Using widgets, a user’s followers and/or the users the user follows can be shown in the sidebar.
• Make a determination as to whether or not a user role can follow other users.
• Limit the number of roles that a given user role can follow.

Integrations with other extensions

• Users can choose to receive a notice whenever someone starts following them on the platform.
