Let Customers Book Classes, Schedule Appointments, or Reserve Items
Whatever alternatives you wish to provide to your consumers, Bookings allows you to do so:
Establish definite options, such as time slots for a lesson, appointment, or guided tour.
Allow customers to choose the optimum times for them by allowing them to book whatever range they require, similar to checking into a hotel. You may also block time off as un-bookable with either method, giving you time to take care of other priorities and build buffers between reservations to ensure the calendar works for you. Make your time periods as specific as you want—the extension supports bookings in days, hours, and even minutes.
Book one-on-one appointments or multi-person events
You can specify the minimum and maximum number of participants: limit appointments to one at a time or allow many individuals to reserve a lesson or tour.
Show Availability in the Customer’s Time Zone
If you offer your services online or ship anything to the consumer, show your availability in the customer’s time zone so they may schedule the time they really need. Bookings from New York, New Mexico, or New Zealand will arrive within the hours you specify, so no surprises!
It’s ideal for online classes, online appointments, and rentals that must be delivered to the customer.
Never get double-booked
Avoid double bookings by allocating the necessary resources to each booking. For example, if your 2:00 bride schedules a fitting and a stylist until 3:30, that stylist will not be accessible for the 3:00 bride. You’ll never have to be concerned about providing the identical resource to two consumers at the same time.
